While in my 15-year corporate career, I began performing wedding ceremonies as an avocation. After I became a mother, I decided to leave the corporate life and launch my own business, so I could have time to raise my children. Being self-employed was wonderful for a while but then I became so busy working every weekend performing weddings that I was missing too many of my  “mother moments and memories”. I decided to start a ministry; turn my “job” into a business so I could continue to serve all my couples and not have to work every weekend

I succeeded in creating a non-denominational wedding ministry that performed over 100 weddings a year with 6 trained ministers, offered Marriage Prep and Relationship Coaching and Minister Training. I am proud to have been one of the most successful, professional full-time ceremony officiants in the San Francisco Bay Area. I accomplished this through a combination of passion for my work and knowledge of online and offline Guerrilla marketing and sales strategies and tactics. My desire to help other small business owners grow their businesses became a passion that resulted in the launch of my current business. Hey there, beautiful! My name is Stacey and I am first and foremost  a God girl, a mom of three amazing kids, GG to two handsome boys, and wife to an amazing husband of 16 years! I recently retired from the hair industry after 21 years of hair bliss! And although I loved the hair industry and making people feel beautiful, I found a new purpose that I was being called to. After raising my children, I decided to end my career and chase after a dream! The last six years has been full of so many surprises and an overload of life lessons. It’s never too late to have an act 2 – life lesson number one, right?  After a trip to Disney World and seeing the obesity crisis in full swing with my two small children at the time, I realized that my hidden passions were rooted in the field of health, wellness, and nutrition.  So, off I went, as an “adult learner,” to embark on a five-year journey to become a Registered Dietitian.  

It was my goal, as my two girls grew up, to model and teach them the fundamentals and foundations of a healthy life…and the keys are locked into the concepts of balance and moderation.  My nutrition philosophy is to empower others to own their health and educate that all foods fit into a healthy lifestyle. 

Unfortunately, today, due to our modern lifestyle, most of us are not feeling optimal due to nutrient deficiency, toxic overload, and way too much stress.  There are many challenges with our current medical system which focus on treatment rather than prevention.  As we age we don't need to settle, and feeling less than optimal doesn't need to be the normal course of aging.   I want to empower women to own their health and to not just survive but thrive as they age. Hello, and welcome to my page. It is a pleasure to have you here! Dropping my son Tyler off at college was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. That was in 2020. His university was six hours away, and I cried the whole drive home. If you’re an empty nester—or will be one soon—I bet you can relate. The transition is hard. For Tyler’s entire senior year of high school, I kept counting down the “lasts.” The last away baseball game. The last homecoming. The last night at home. When he left, I knew I needed to replace all those “lasts” with “firsts,” to fill my newly quiet days (I didn’t realize how noisy a teenager was until he was gone!) with moments to look forward to.

Enter: Travel. I’ve always been a traveler, ever since my first enchanting visit to Europe as a teen. Adding more travel experiences back into my life as an empty nester allowed me to get back in touch with my own passions and my sense of curiosity. Above all, it allowed me to deepen my relationships with loved ones in new ways. My husband and I got to reconnect on long-weekend escapes and sunny cruises through the Caribbean, the types of trips we often put off with a kid at home. Meanwhile, Tyler and I traveled together on his school breaks, and it was always a riot. Now, I was no longer in “nagging mom” mode, but could fully enjoy exploring alongside my son as I got to know the fun and funny adult he was becoming. A new stage brings new adventures.  Through my business, I help empty nesters like myself rediscover their joys and cultivate deeper relationships through travel. This life stage is certainly a transition—but it can also be an opportunity to spread your own wings, as your children “leave the nest” as well.
