Boardrooms to Barstalls, I do it all. As am administrative executive and health and life coach,  I  founded a non-profit in 2014 in service to veterans and current military . I was working as an executive director for the Rhode Island Academy of Family Physicians and decided to go to school to be a certified health coach to help my doctors help their patients.  Doctors were changing the way they practiced medicine to functional medicine. As I went through this course I journaled about my journey in life and decided to create something impactful too. My father was a Marine with anger management issues, I married a man with anger management issues, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia because of this stress. My goal was to break the cycle. I  started with what helped me, horses, gardening,  time in nature and surrounding myself with positive like minded individuals.  Soon other programs were added that helped others. We continue to grow and expand each year. We are looking for individuals to help us help our veterans and their families.  

As a former woman in the tech industry coaching and leading multinational teams, I left corporate to take care of family and help them on their healing path after major health challenges. Today I am still a caregiver for my mom with Alzheimer’s Dementia. My love for coaching has led me on this amazing path of guiding women over fifty their own path of self-discovery, wellness and mindfulness so they too can flourish in life even when life gets messy. It brings me great joy when I see them valuing and loving themselves. Known by my clients as safe, trusting, compassionate and personable, I love helping my clients discover their inner courage and confidence to be their authentic self and flourish. I explored psychology and sociology when studying my BS in Engineering and as my life has shifted greatly since then, I am happy to be on this amazing path of partnering with women in my community to develop a healthy mind, body, soul consciousness as an internationally accredited coach. I hold certifications as a Life Coach, Leadership Coach, Trauma Informed Coach, Mindfulness & Meditation teacher and Wisdom Coach for children 6-12 so I can help them develop their understanding of mindset, beliefs, and confidence early in their lives. As a woman in my 60’s, I am passionate about holistic wellness and will soon complete my studies in an international certification program for holistic health and wellness to provide even more tools that can benefit my clients. Additionally, I am passionate about reading, continuous learning and education to better serve my clients and community, great food experiences, fun tea parties with girlfriends and great music including worship music. I also enjoy dancing around the house and lots of laughter with friends and family. I am incredibly blessed to have the help of my brothers with caregiving and spending quality time with my mom. This allows me time for my own self-care and mindfulness so I can be present, compassionate and hold a loving space for my clients and when not working, you may find me spending time with my fur babies Cayenne and Patches in the sunshiny outdoors.
